"Siol nan sonn, 's nan curaidhean
Bha'n tir an fraoich a'tuinneachadh
A'dhion ar cliu gu h-urramach
'S nach fuilingeadh an t-eucoir"

"Scions of Heroic race
Dwelling in the land of heather
Well have you maintained our fame
And would not suffer wrong to triumph"

This memorial is almost identical to the ones at Tongue and Nigg so are likely to have been made by the same firm of monumental masons.
