Pte Hugh Munro, 1/5th Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders, died 4th April 1915 age 19, born 1896 Dornoch, son of Hugh Munro, crofter, and his wife Betsy of Rearquhar, Dornoch.
Hugh is buried in Dornoch Golf Road Cemetery, listed on the Dornoch War Memorial and commemorated on the Memorial plaque in Dornoch Free Church.Photograph by Christine Stokes
